Becoming a CAN Member is free and easy! Just go through the list below to see if you meet the requirements and obtain a CAN Contract!
Cody Students
Requirements:
- You must attend school in Cody, WY. All of the following are accepted:
- Cody High School
- Cody Middle School
- Sunset Elementary School
- Livingston Elementary School
- Eastside Elementary School
- Wapiti School
- Valley School
- Private schools in Cody
- Home schools in Cody
- You must be in 4th grade or above!
- If you have had your CAN Membership revoked, you must wait 6 months before signing up again.
If you meet the requirements, download the Student CAN Contract(or get one from your school office or the CHS CAN Lab). Print the contract and fill it out! (Most computers will open the contract automatically. If it won’t open for you, you may need to install Adobe Reader)
Remember, your parents must get the last page of the contract notarized! Secretaries at each school are able to notarize your CAN Contract free of charge. You may also get them notarized at local banks and many offices around town.
Turn in the completed, notarized application to your school office or teacher, or mail it to us.
